Refund policy

RETURNS 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, ebooks or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

Because your item is custom printed at time of order, we are unable to offer exchanges. 


Damages and Issues

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds would be issued to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If either of
these apply, please contact us at mindingmypH@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.
